Meet Lucy
Lucy is a certified personal trainer with a professional diploma in personal training/Nutrition and a passion for helping people move, feel awesome, and live better lives. Since 2008, she has dedicated her career to helping many busy lifestyles to prioritize feeling better and stronger through customized and obtainable progressive fitness plans, contributing to a mental well-being. With a strong foundation in anatomy and the science of moving mechanics, Lucy’s approach is rooted in safety, personal connection, and lasting results.
When she’s not training, Lucy loves spending time reading the Bible, with Steel (dog), gardening, dancing, cooking for family and friends (she’s especially known for her flan and coquito), and volunteering in her community.
Fitness on the Edge, LLC was founded by Lucy as a solution for those seeking guidance in personalized strength training & endurance. Today, it has evolved to virtual sessions designed for the connivence of the client’s location. Guided by the philosophy that fitness is an organic way to a healthy body and mind, all services are offered through one-on-one virtual sessions, live group virtual classes, and coming soon, on-demand fitness membership — making it easy to stay consistent and connected, wherever you are.
